RETURNS POLICY


At Diva, we're only happy when we know you are completely satisfied with you purchase. That's why we offer a full refund, within 30 days of receipt of your order.

The refund is applicable under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased online through www.divaswim .com. We cannot accept items purchased through other channels.
  • The item must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Unworn, unwashed with the hygiene pad in place and with all labels intact.

To maintain hygiene standards, we ask that you try swimwear over your own underwear. We may refuse return of items where this has clearly not been the case.

Unfortunately we will not be able to refund money on items that do not meet the above requirements.

DIVA assumes no responsibility for shipping returned items and will not refund the cost of the return shipment, or additional fees paid for expedited shipping when placing the order.

The refund will be credited as per the original payment form within 14 business days from the day the returned items are received at our warehouse.

Regrettably, we cannot refund any tax or duty you may have paid on returned items.

Should you wish to return an item, please contact support@divaswim.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
You will receive a 'Return Authorization  number' (RA), a return shipping label and further instructions via email. The cost of returned shipment will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We are more than happy to exchange your purchase for a different size, color or item, subject to availability and providing the value of the purchased item is the same as the one it is being exchanged for.


Exchanges can take up to 14 business days to process. Should you wish to receive the replacement item sooner, send back the unwanted item with a refund request and place a new order for the new item.

We will accept up to one exchange per order. The exchanged item must meet the requirements of the returns policy.

Regrettably, we cannot refund any tax or duty you may have paid on returned or exchanged items.

You will be asked to carry the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.

Should you wish to exchange an item, please contact support@divaswim.com, with your order number and the items you wish to exchange.  
We will issue an 'Exchange Authorization  number' (EA) and further instructions via email.



INCORRECT SHIPPING AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS

 

If you have received a damaged or defective item, or in the event of an error in the processing your order, divaswim.com will be happy to replace the product at our expense, or provide a full refund, including the cost of shipping.

Claims for damaged item, or a packaging error must be made to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery of the order.  If an item has been damaged during shipping, please retain the damaged packaging to be returned along with the damaged goods.

Due to the differences in screen resolution, actual colors may vary; this is not considered a defect or misrepresentation of an item.  Fabric layout and placement of prints may also vary and are also not considered defective or a misrepresentation of an item.   

Hot tubs, heavy chlorinated pools, and lotions may cause yellowing or fading of the material, these are not considered defects.  Once a swimsuit is worn and the tags are removed, the suit may not be returned for any reason.
